Privacy Policy

The short version: Kettlebell Protocol stores all your data locally on your device. We don't collect or store any personal information on external servers. We collect minimal anonymous analytics to improve the app, which you can disable at any time. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details. Your workouts are yours.

Data We Don't Collect

We believe in privacy by design. Kettlebell Protocol does not collect:

Personal information or accounts
Workout data sent to external servers
Location data
Third-party advertising data

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

Workout history and logs
Custom complexes you create
App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device. If you delete the app, this data is permanently deleted.

Anonymous Analytics

To help us improve the app, Kettlebell Protocol collects minimal anonymous analytics. This includes:

App sessions (when the app is opened)
Feature interactions (which screens and features are used)
Generic device metadata (device type, OS version)

This data is fully anonymous and does not include:

Your workout data, exercise history, or personal records
Any personally identifiable information
Health or fitness data

We use Vexo, a privacy-focused analytics provider, to process this data. You can disable analytics at any time in Settings > Privacy.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or account credentials. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across platforms — RevenueCat processes only purchase-related data and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Third-Party Services

Kettlebell Protocol uses the following third-party services:

Vexo — anonymous analytics (no personally identifiable information collected)
Sentry — crash and error reporting to help us fix bugs (no personally identifiable information collected)
RevenueCat — subscription management across App Store and Google Play (processes purchase data only)

We do not integrate with any advertising or user tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Delete Your Data

Kettlebell Protocol gives you full control over your data:

Local data (workouts, settings, complexes): Go to Settings > Delete All Data within the app, or simply uninstall the app — all local data is permanently deleted.
Analytics data (Vexo): Disable analytics in Settings > Privacy. To request deletion of previously collected anonymous data, contact us at hello@kettlebellprotocol.app.
Error tracking data (Sentry): Contact us at hello@kettlebellprotocol.app to request deletion.
Purchase data: Managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Contact them directly to manage your purchase history.
